Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Important note: In accordance with §312g II 1 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the following:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Burdich Laborbedarf GmbH & Co. KG, Am Kissel 5, 65549 Limburg / Lahn, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
