No - you generally receive a 20% discount on all displayed products.

This naturally excludes sale promotions, custom-made items, and selected pieces.

No - because online we offer over 27,000 variants! Since we only produce a large part of our products after an order or payment has been received, it is of course impossible to always have all variants in stock.

We are available for you Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

To ensure that a staff member or glassblower is actually on site, please call us briefly at 06431-44763 before your visit. Especially if you have a long journey, it would be a shame if we couldn't help you spontaneously due to vacation, illness, or external appointments.

To ensure that an employee or glassblower is actually on site, we ask you to call us briefly before your visit.

Especially if you have a long journey, it would of course be annoying if we were unable to help you at short notice due to illness, vacation, or external appointments. With a quick call, you're on the safe side, and we can also take the appropriate amount of time for you.

As we don't have to pack these products for safe shipping, saving a lot of time and packaging materials, we naturally want to pass these savings on to you.

You will also occasionally find products from overproduction or canceled orders in the factory outlet, which we can then simply offer at a lower price.

In principle, we prefer cash payments. The reason is quite simple: every card payment incurs fees, which can be quite noticeable in the long run, especially for a small craft business like ours.

Many underestimate how much such ongoing costs add up – especially in a family-run business where much is still genuine craftsmanship and not everything runs automatically through large structures. That's why we are always happy to receive cash payments, as it helps us to keep additional costs low.

Nevertheless, we want you to be able to pay conveniently. Therefore, we naturally also offer card payments.

Generally not, as every single item – whether for factory sales or our online shop – is manufactured by us with the utmost care. Our aim is not to sell "junk", but only to offer products that we ourselves believe in and that meet our quality standards.

Nevertheless, we still work with a lot of manual labor and real production processes. Occasionally, it can happen that, for example, a logo does not burn in perfectly clean in the oven or small optical deviations occur. Technically and functionally, the products are usually perfectly fine – but visually they no longer correspond 100% to our original standards.

However, before we destroy such items, we occasionally offer them at a lower price. This way, the products still find a home and do not have to be disposed of unnecessarily.

That's no problem at all. From Limburg Main Station, where the regional trains arrive, it's only about a 3-minute walk to us.

If you arrive by ICE at Limburg Süd station, you can conveniently take the free shuttle bus from there to the Main Station. From there, you can reach us quickly and easily on foot.

We love animals and even had an office dog for a long time. However, we work with glass here every day – and glass breakage can naturally occur.

It simply wouldn't be fair to your pet to expose them to the risk of glass shards or other injury risks. Therefore, it makes more sense to either leave your dog at home or have them wait outside during that time.

We hope for your understanding.
