Do you supply retailers at all?

Of course – because many of our dealers have been with us for years and have made EHLE. what it is today. Without their local presence, it would often not be possible to buy an EHLE. bong directly in a shop. And it doesn't matter whether it's in Chemnitz, Munich, Vienna or Sydney.

Do you have a separate pricing structure for dealers and how can I get B2B prices?

Of course, we work with a separate B2B price structure so that our retailers can also calculate fairly.

To get access to B2B prices, please send us your business registration. After successful review, we will activate you for the corresponding conditions.

We check each request individually and will get back to you afterwards.

How can I become a retailer with you?

Just fill out the form and give us as much information as possible – the more precise, the better we can assess your request.

Important for you: Some of our dealers have been with us for over 30 years. These partnerships are extremely important to us. That's why we carefully review every request and coordinate internally. If, for example, a dealer is already located directly near you, we might decline a collaboration – simply to protect our long-standing partners.

Which payment methods do you offer to merchants?

Typically, we work with advance payment via bank transfer. If you'd prefer to pay by credit card, just let us know – in exceptional cases, we can offer you a payment link for that.

After your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Once we have received the payment, we will get started. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 days.

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship exclusively with DHL – whether within Germany or worldwide.

May I use your images?

Of course – we photograph each of our products ourselves and place great importance on clean, authentic images. To ensure our retailers also benefit from this, we have built our own media database. There, you can always help yourselves to our image material.

Is there a minimum order value?

No - we believe that every retailer should have the opportunity to reorder individual products. Whether it's a bowl, a diffuser, or a special customer request: you should remain flexible and not have to invest large sums of money right away.

Do you really produce all products to customer specifications?

Yes – and that is exactly what we are proud of. With us, you can choose between, for example, logo, kick hole, joint size, and accessories. It is almost impossible to keep all these variants constantly in stock. That is why we work with pre-produced blanks, which we finalize after your order and payment.

This way, you can put together exactly the products that suit your customers – without compromises.

As a rule, we are able to ship everything within 7 days, depending on the scope of your order.

What differentiates you from other manufacturers?

For us, the focus is not on mass production, but on quality in detail. Every product is created with a trained eye, a steady hand, and the aim that everything fits exactly as it should in the end.

A big difference lies in our extremely thick-walled ground joints. They ensure stability, longevity, and a setup that simply fits reliably – even with frequent use.

Added to this is the high flexibility: You can choose between different logos, ground joint sizes, accessories and other details, and thus put together exactly the products that suit your customers.

And we also think differently about the carb hole: For us, this is not an extra, but a service – which is why we offer it free of charge as standard.

The whole thing is rounded off by the option of receiving every bong in a high-quality box – for safe transport and a clean presentation in the shop.

Is it possible to have my logo/lettering produced on your bongs?

Yes, that is possible – and is already being used by many of our retailers to specifically differentiate themselves.

Basically, there are two ways to do this:

Firstly, we can implement your logo through our borosilicate glass printing shop. Multi-colored logos are easily possible here. However, a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces must be pre-financed. You can then request the bongs from us as needed – the unit costs per logo are comparatively low.

Alternatively, we can sandblast your logo directly onto the pipe. Deep blasting or fire polishing are also possible. We create the templates for this in-house with our plotter. This option is slightly more expensive per piece, but can be implemented from a single product.

Simply send us your logo or lettering – we will check the implementation and get back to you with an initial assessment and the corresponding costs.
