Bong cleaning

Cleaning Your Bong – Keep Your Glass Clear

A clean bong draws better, tastes better, and is simply more enjoyable. Residues quickly build up – and the longer they dry, the more stubborn they become. With the right accessories, cleaning is quick and hassle-free. At EHLE., you'll find everything you need: cleaners, brushes, cleaning plugs, and complete kits.

What's the best way to clean?

  • Bio-Cleaner – specially developed for glass, reliably dissolves even stubborn residues.
  • Cleaning brushes – in various lengths to reach every spot.
  • Cleaning plugs – for sealing the openings so you can shake vigorously.
  • Cleaning Kit – everything you need in one, ideal for getting started.

How to proceed

The easiest way to clean your bong is as soon as possible after use – fresh residues are much easier to remove than dried ones. First, rinse it with warm water and remove coarse residues. Then, pour in some cleaner, fill with warm water, let it sit for a few minutes, and – with the cleaning plugs closed – shake vigorously. Finally, rinse two to three times with warm water. For corners and joints, the right brush helps.

Frequent Questions about Bong Cleaning

How often should I clean my bong?
Ideally, rinse it briefly after each use and clean it thoroughly regularly. The more often, the less builds up – and the cleaner the taste.

What's the best way to clean?
With a cleaner developed for glass, such as our Bio-Cleaner. It reliably dissolves resins without damaging the glass.

Can I use household remedies?
Salt and alcohol work as a temporary solution, but they are less effective and smell. A special glass cleaner is more thorough and pleasant.

How do I clean hard-to-reach areas?
With a suitable brush and the shaking method: close the openings with cleaning plugs, add cleaner, and shake vigorously – this way you can also reach diffuser slots.

Can I clean the downstem and bowl with it?
Yes. It's best to soak small parts separately in some cleaner – the residues will then dissolve on their own.

How do I get rid of the smell?
Thorough cleaning and regular water changes are key. Fresh water before each session makes the biggest difference.
