Description
This month, a small, handy pipe made entirely of crushed opals was created.

The eye-catcher, as the name of the pipe suggests, is the eye, which was placed on the body. The mouthpiece has a total of five opals incorporated as a crown and one on the head. What is also striking here is the diffuser built into the pipe. It can be smoked with a pure bowl or the accompanying banger including a carb cap, also made of crushed opals.
The three feet give it a particularly stable stand.

Once we have registered your payment and assigned it to your order, our glassblowers will automatically receive your order and immediately begin production.

Therefore, changes/cancellations are only possible up to this point. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, absolutely. Of course, we always have certain items in stock (grinders, papers, and standard bowls), but due to the many choices available for our glass items (carb hole, logo, accessories, etc.), we produce everything exactly to your specifications immediately after receiving your order.

That is fundamentally possible, but it involves effort and risks, and the spot will be clearly visible afterwards.

If you're unsure whether to have a carb hole or not, we recommend ordering your bong without one first.

Adding a carb hole later is not a problem for 99% of pipes and is offered by us as a free service (you only pay for shipping costs).

Unlike other German manufacturers, we have consciously decided not to charge extra for a carb hole 🙂

Yes – installing a carb hole means additional effort and costs our glassblowers time, concentration, and energy. Nevertheless, we do not see the carb hole as an extra, but as a free service that we gladly offer our customers.

In addition: Our pipes are smoked worldwide – and preferences vary greatly. In Italy or the USA, people almost exclusively smoke without a carb hole, whereas in Germany, a carb hole is simply essential for many. Instead of charging extra for it, we leave the decision to you – without any additional costs.

Shipping

We ship every package absolutely NEUTRAL. As the sender, you will find BURDICH LABORBEDARF GMBH on the DHL label. Only the contact person Thomas EHLE serves as a hidden hint about who sent this package. This way, nobody will know what you have chosen from our online shop.

Of course, this is generally possible, and we always look forward to visitors and to you possibly being able to take a look at the production. VERY IMPORTANT: Please call us beforehand at 06431 - 44763 to arrange an appointment! It would be very frustrating if you visited us but your order wasn't ready yet.

We ship exclusively with DHL

Of course, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can always check exactly where your order is currently located and when it will arrive. Please note: DHL transmits the first data no earlier than 4:30 PM on the day of shipment.

But this is exactly where our experience comes into play: We have been producing and shipping glass products for over 37 years and know exactly what is important when it comes to packaging.

Yes, our packaging costs are exorbitantly high – and sometimes our shipping department even does too good a job. Then a slightly larger box or more packaging material than you might expect is chosen. We do all of this for only one reason: to ensure that absolutely nothing happens during shipping.

Every pipe is carefully and break-proof packaged by us so that it survives shipping without any problems. Damages are extremely rare as a result – and should something happen nonetheless, we will find a solution together.

Good question – and yes, we know: Unpacking can sometimes be annoying 🙂

But here, too, our experience speaks volumes: We have been shipping glass products for over 37 years and have tested many types of packaging. For the different shapes, sizes, and weights of our pipes and accessories, these packing peanuts have simply proven to be the safest and most suitable solution.

They reliably fill cavities, absorb shocks, and prevent glass from moving around in the box. In short: Yes, unpacking might take a few seconds longer – but your order won't arrive in 1000 pieces.

And another important point: Our peanuts are made from 100% recycled materials and are therefore not an additional burden on the environment. Safety for your glass and responsibility for the environment – that's how we do it.

Return

Generally, you have a 14-day right of return.

Important note: According to § 312g II 1 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

After you have submitted your cancellation in writing (only applies to standard items that were not produced according to your specifications), you must return the item at your own expense. After inspection upon receipt, we will issue a credit note (minus shipping costs) and refund the amount to the original payment method.

Every product that we produce according to your wishes is considered a custom-made item and cannot be returned.

This includes:

- Bongs (as you can choose the carb hole, joint size, logo, and accessories)

- Accessory color sections

- Middle part such as adapter and diffuser

- Complete custom-made products according to customer requirements

Any product that we always have in stock and that does not need to be specially produced when you place your order.

These include:

- Standard bowls (without color, etc.)

- Accessories such as grinders/papers/clippers, etc.

- Standard items such as extractors

Repair

You can be as careful as you like - unfortunately, glass is brittle and accidents happen quickly. To prevent this from becoming a disaster, we offer our fast and affordable repair service. We have compiled the most important information for you here.

Yes. We also repair ROOR pipes.

If the damage can be technically repaired, our glassblower will examine the pipe and decide what is possible. Simply send us a few photos in advance by email or DM – then we will give you an honest assessment of the effort, duration, and costs.

The rumor (lifetime warranty) is and remains just a rumor :-)

It is impossible to provide a warranty on glass products. Just as we take the utmost care in production, it is also up to you to handle our products carefully. Should an accident nevertheless occur, we will, of course, try to help you as best as possible with our repair service.

We have deliberately positioned ourselves as a manufacturer "Made in Germany" and want to clearly distinguish ourselves from cheap mass-produced goods from China or India.

With pipes from other manufacturers, we generally do not know what glass was used or how it was processed. Different glass compositions, wall thicknesses or stresses in the material pose a high risk when heating. This risk is simply too great for our glassblowers - both for the workpiece and for safety in the work process.

For this reason, we exclusively repair EHLE. pipes and ROOR pipes, where we know the material and quality precisely. This allows us to work responsibly and deliver the quality that EHLE. stands for.

Generally, yes. During the opening hours of our factory outlet, it is usually possible to take a look at our production.

However, please understand that we cannot guarantee this. Our glassblowers sometimes work at different times, or it may not be suitable from a production perspective – for example, if a particularly complex or very high-quality custom order is in progress. In such moments, concentrated and safe work on the glass always takes precedence.
